Account deletion

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

• In the Telegram bot @Real_Mirror_of_Erised_bot: send the /delete command and confirm.
• On your account page on the website (for accounts without Telegram): at the bottom of the page — “🗑 Delete account”, then “Yes, delete my account”.
• Via support: @TheMirrorErisedSupport.

We delete within 7 days of the request. Until then the service works as before.

What is deleted

• the account: identifier, login and password hash (if you signed in on the website), subscription expiry;
• connection settings and keys, list of devices, traffic history;
• service diagnostics and device heartbeats.

What remains

• the fact and amount of payments — without any link to the account, for tax accounting;
• the account number in the internal administrator action log (without personal data);
• encrypted database backups — up to 8 weeks, after which they are deleted automatically.

Paid days are lost on deletion; an account cannot be restored — only a new one can be created.
